Iced lattes, cold brew, iced tea, smoothies, frappés and bubble tea all start with a cup full of ice. On a warm day a café can use more ice than a small machine can make, and the queue slows down while you wait for the next batch. Bagged ice from Nice Ice fills that gap: 12 kg bags of cube or crushed ice, made in our London factory and delivered next day.

Ordering for a café

Many cafés keep a few bags as back-up for their own ice machine and order more when the weather turns warm. Order by 5pm for next-day delivery, Monday to Saturday, and choose a morning slot to have ice in before the lunchtime rush. Regular customers can open a trade account.

Storing bagged ice

What is the minimum order for delivery? Delivery is free across London from 5 bags. Trade customers with regular orders can open a trade account for volume pricing.

When will my ice arrive? Order by 5pm for next-day delivery, Monday to Saturday, in a morning (8am–1pm) or afternoon (1pm–5pm) slot.

Is your ice suitable for iced coffee and smoothies? Yes. Our cube ice is used for iced coffee, cold brew and iced tea, and our crushed ice for smoothies and blended drinks.

Do you deliver on Saturdays? Yes. We deliver Monday to Saturday. Sunday orders are delivered on Monday.
