Prices and bag sizes

How much is a 12kg bag of ice? £10. Cube ice and crushed ice are both £10 per 12kg bag.

What bag sizes do you sell? 12kg bags of cube ice, 12kg bags of crushed ice, and a cube ice retail pack of 6 × 2kg bags for £10.

Do you sell crushed ice? Yes. Crushed ice comes in 12kg bags at £10. See crushed ice 12kg.

Do you offer discount codes? No. Our shop prices are flat: £10 per 12kg bag.

Can shops buy ice to resell? Yes. Shops and off-licences can stock our 6 × 2kg cube ice retail pack. See wholesale ice supply.

Delivery: areas, times, minimums

When will my ice arrive? The next day, if you order by 5pm. We deliver Monday to Saturday in a morning slot (8am–1pm) or an afternoon slot (1pm–5pm).

Do you deliver the same day? No. Delivery is next-day. For urgent needs, message us on WhatsApp 07574 927 847 to arrange a collection from our N17 factory.

What's the minimum for free delivery? 5 bags of 12kg ice to a London free-zone postcode.

Which postcodes get free delivery? N, E, W, EC, WC, NW, SE, SW, IG, RM, EN, HA, UB, SM, DA, WD and LU.

Which areas have a delivery charge? CR, BR, TW and some SL, CM and SS addresses, at £15 or £20.

Which areas do you not deliver to? KT, AL, HP and RH. Customers there can collect from N17. Full list: delivery areas.

Do you deliver on Sundays? No. We deliver Monday to Saturday. Sunday is closed.

Are you open on bank holidays? Yes. We are open on bank holidays and over Christmas. Sunday is the only day we are closed.

Who delivers the ice? Our own delivery team, with a fleet of 10 vans based at our N17 factory.

Dry ice: packs, notice, safety

Do you sell dry ice? Yes. Dry ice is sold in 5kg packs at £45. See dry ice in London.

What is the minimum dry ice order? 10kg, which is 2 packs of 5kg.

How much notice do you need for dry ice? At least 2 days.

Is there a safety step when ordering dry ice? Yes. You must tick to confirm you have read our dry ice safety guide before you order.

What is dry ice used for? Customers use it for low-fog and smoke effects at events, and for shipping and cold chain. See dry ice fog effects and dry ice for shipping.

Does dry ice count towards free delivery? No. Only 12kg bags of cube or crushed ice count towards the 5 bags.

Trade and wholesale accounts

Can I open a trade account? Yes. Bars, restaurants, shops, caterers and event operators can request a quote to set up regular supply.

Who do you supply? Bars, pubs and clubs, restaurants, hotels and caterers, cafés, shops and off-licences, commercial and industrial users, events, festivals and mobile bars, gyms and sports clubs, and private parties and weddings.

About our N17 factory

Where is Nice Ice based? Unit 2A-2B, Triumph Trading Estate, Tariff Road, London N17 0EB, in Tottenham.

Do you make your own ice? Yes. Our N17 factory makes up to 50 tonnes of ice a day.

Can I collect ice from the factory? Yes, by arrangement. Message us on WhatsApp 07574 927 847 first.

What are your opening hours? Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm. Closed on Sundays.
