Where we deliver ice in London and nearby

Nice Ice delivers 12kg bags of cube and crushed ice across London and into the towns around it, straight from our own factory in Tottenham, N17. Delivery is free to London postcodes when you order 5 bags or more. A few outer areas have a £15 or £20 delivery charge, and a small number of postcodes are outside our delivery area. This page lists every zone so you can check yours before you order.

Free delivery postcodes

Delivery is free from 5 bags (12kg each) to these postcode areas:

• Central: EC, WC
• North and North West: N, NW, EN, HA
• East: E, IG, RM
• West: W, UB
• South: SE, SW, SM, DA
• Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire edge: WD, LU

Cube and crushed ice are £10 per 12kg bag. Dry ice does not count towards the 5 bags for free delivery.

Paid delivery zones: £15 or £20

We deliver to these areas for a charge of £15 or £20, depending on the address:

• CR (Croydon and surrounding towns)
• BR (Bromley and surrounding towns)
• TW (Twickenham, Hounslow, Heathrow and surrounding towns)
• Some SL, CM and SS addresses

Areas we don't cover

We do not deliver to KT (Kingston, Surbiton, Epsom and surrounding towns), AL (St Albans, Harpenden), HP (Hemel Hempstead, High Wycombe) or RH (Redhill, Reigate, Crawley). If you are in one of these areas, you can still collect from our factory at Unit 2A-2B, Triumph Trading Estate, Tariff Road, London N17 0EB. Message us on WhatsApp first so your order is ready when you arrive.

How next-day delivery works

• Order by 5pm for delivery the next day.
• We deliver Monday to Saturday. Sunday is closed.
• Choose a morning slot (8am–1pm) or an afternoon slot (1pm–5pm).
• Our own delivery team brings the ice from N17 in our own vans.
• Dry ice needs at least 2 days' notice: 5kg packs at £45, minimum 10kg.

Do you deliver to my postcode? If your postcode starts with N, E, W, EC, WC, NW, SE, SW, IG, RM, EN, HA, UB, SM, DA, WD or LU, yes, and delivery is free from 5 bags. CR, BR and TW are paid zones at £15 or £20. KT, AL, HP and RH are not served.

Is delivery free? Delivery is free to our London free-zone postcodes when you order 5 or more 12kg bags. Paid zones cost £15 or £20.

Can I collect from your N17 factory? Yes. Our factory at Tariff Road, London N17 0EB is also a collection point. Message us on WhatsApp 07574 927 847 to arrange a time.

Do you deliver on Sundays? No. We deliver Monday to Saturday, and we are closed on Sundays.

What's the minimum order for free delivery? 5 bags of 12kg ice. Dry ice does not count towards the 5 bags.
