Return & Refund Policy

Overview

Due to the nature of our products, all ice sales are considered final and non-refundable once delivered.

Ice is a perishable product, and its condition is affected by handling, storage, and environmental factors outside of our control after delivery.


No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect quantity ordered by the customer
  • Delays caused by customer unavailability at delivery
  • Improper storage after delivery

Once the order has been successfully delivered, it is deemed accepted by the customer.


Delivery Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Be available during the agreed delivery window
  • Provide accurate delivery details
  • Ensure proper storage (freezer or suitable conditions) immediately upon receipt

We are not responsible for any melting or product condition changes after delivery.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • The wrong product
  • A significantly damaged delivery

You must notify us within 10 minutes of delivery by phone or message, including photo evidence.

If verified, we may offer:

  • A replacement (subject to availability), or
  • A partial or full refund at our discretion

Missed Deliveries

If the customer is unavailable during the agreed delivery time:

  • The order may be cancelled without refund, or
  • A redelivery fee may apply
