Need ice today in London? Here's what you can do
Short answer: we don't deliver ice the same day. Nice Ice delivers next-day across London if you order by 5pm. If you need ice today, you can message us on WhatsApp and ask to collect it from our factory in Tottenham, N17. Here is how each option works, so you can choose the one that suits you.
Why next-day delivery is our standard
Our N17 factory makes up to 50 tonnes of ice a day and we run 10 of our own vans. Next-day delivery with a 5pm cut-off lets every customer choose a fixed morning or afternoon slot, and it is how we offer free delivery from 5 bags across London postcodes. We would rather give you a slot we can keep than promise a same-day run.
Order by 5pm for tomorrow's AM or PM slot
- Order before 5pm, Monday to Saturday.
- Choose a slot for the next day: 8am–1pm or 1pm–5pm.
- Cube or crushed ice, £10 per 12kg bag.
- Free delivery to London free-zone postcodes from 5 bags.
- We are closed on Sundays, so an order placed on Saturday is delivered from Monday.

Urgent? Arrange a collection from our N17 factory
If you have run out, or your event is today, message us on WhatsApp 07574 927 847. Tell us how many bags you need and when you can get to us. If we can have your order ready, you can collect it from Unit 2A-2B, Triumph Trading Estate, Tariff Road, London N17 0EB. We are open Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm. Collection is by arrangement, so please message before you set off.
How much ice to order so you don't run out
Most last-minute ice runs happen because the first order was too small. Before you order, think about how many guests you expect, how long the event lasts, whether it's a hot day, and whether you need ice to chill bottles as well as for glasses. It is usually easier to order one or two extra bags the day before than to look for ice during the event.
Plan ahead for parties, heatwaves and Christmas
Hot weekends and the Christmas and New Year period are when people most often need ice at short notice. If you know an event is coming, book your delivery date a few days ahead and pick the slot that gets the ice to you closest to the start. If you need dry ice for fog effects, order it at least 2 days ahead: it comes in 5kg packs at £45, minimum 10kg.
Same-day ice FAQs
Do you deliver ice the same day? No. We deliver next-day, Monday to Saturday, when you order by 5pm. For urgent needs, ask about collection from N17 on WhatsApp.
What's the latest I can order for tomorrow? 5pm. Orders placed after 5pm go into the following delivery day.
Can I pick up ice from your factory? Yes, by arrangement. Message us on WhatsApp 07574 927 847 first so your order is ready.
How long will a 12kg bag last? It depends on the temperature and how you store it. Keep it in a cooler or insulated box out of the sun. See our cooler guide.

DELIVERY
We supply a range of commercial-grade ice products including Crush Ice (12 kg), Party Ice / Cube Ice (2 kg and 12 kg), Ice Cube Boxes (12 kg total – 6 x 2 kg bags), and Dry Ice (5 kg packs, minimum order 10 kg, 2 days' notice).
Our standard minimum order is 5 boxes (each box containing 12 kg of ice).
Dry ice has different Minimum order: 10 kg
We operate with scheduled delivery windows. Customers provide a preferred time, and delivery is completed within a 4-hour time slot to ensure flexibility and efficiency.
We maintain consistent stock levels, allowing us to offer next-day delivery for orders placed in advance.
Dry ice requires specialised handling, storage, and transport due to its temperature and safety considerations. For this reason, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice
