Using ice baths safely
Cold water immersion is not suitable for everyone. If you have a heart condition, high blood pressure or any other health concern, or if you are pregnant, speak to a doctor first. Never use an ice bath alone, start with short sessions, and get out straight away if you feel unwell. Never use dry ice in an ice bath or anywhere it can touch skin.
