Ice for weddings in London, delivered the day before

Nice Ice delivers 12kg bags of cube and crushed ice to wedding venues, marquees and family homes across London. Book your delivery for the day before or the morning of the wedding, and we bring the ice from our own factory in Tottenham, N17. Bags are £10 each, and delivery is free to London postcodes from 5 bags.

How many bags for your guest count

The amount of ice depends on the number of guests, how long the reception runs, the time of year, and whether the ice is only for glasses or also for chilling bottles in tubs. A summer reception in a marquee needs more than an evening party indoors in winter. Our wedding ice guide and party ice calculator guide show how to work it out. If you are unsure, ask your caterer or bar team how they plan to use the ice, then order a little more than the estimate.

Delivery to venues, marquees and homes

Order by 5pm for next-day delivery, Monday to Saturday, in a morning slot (8am–1pm) or afternoon slot (1pm–5pm). Saturday weddings are covered: order by 5pm on Friday for a Saturday slot, or book days ahead. We don't deliver on Sundays, so for a Sunday wedding book a Saturday delivery and plan cold storage overnight. Tell us at checkout who will receive the ice at the venue and where it should go.

Most of London is a free delivery zone. Some outer areas cost £15 or £20, and we don't deliver to KT, AL, HP or RH. Check your venue's postcode on our delivery areas page.

Dry ice for fog effects on the dance floor

A low-lying fog is a popular effect for a first dance. We supply dry ice in 5kg packs at £45, with a minimum of 10kg and at least 2 days' notice. When you order, you tick to confirm you have read our dry ice safety guide. Handle dry ice with insulated gloves, keep it in a well-ventilated space, and never seal it in an airtight container. You can choose your delivery date when you order online, so you can book as soon as your plans are set. For larger weddings, or if your caterer needs regular deliveries over a weekend, request a quote. See also party ice delivery.

How much ice for 100 wedding guests? It depends on the season, the length of the reception and whether you are chilling bottles too. Our wedding ice guide explains how to estimate it.

Can you deliver to the venue? Yes. We deliver to venues, marquees and homes in our delivery area. Add delivery instructions when you order.

How early should I book? You can book any delivery date ahead when you order online. Ice needs to be ordered by 5pm the day before. Dry ice needs at least 2 days' notice.

Do you deliver on Saturdays? Yes. We deliver Monday to Saturday, in 8am–1pm or 1pm–5pm slots.
