Order by 5pm for next-day delivery to your unit or straight to the event, Monday to Saturday. Bags are £10 each and delivery is free to London postcodes from 5 bags.

How much ice per event and per hour of service

Every bar runs differently. The amount you need depends on the number of guests, the hours of service, the drinks menu, the weather, and how much ice goes into tubs for chilling stock. Track what you use at a few events and you will soon have your own figure per guest and per hour. Our guide on how much ice a bar needs explains the method. For outdoor summer events, plan for extra ice and keep bags shaded in insulated boxes.

Delivery to your unit or the event

We can deliver to your storage unit the day before, or to the event site itself in a morning (8am–1pm) or afternoon (1pm–5pm) slot. Add access notes, such as a gate code or a contact on site, when you order. We deliver Monday to Saturday. For a Sunday event, take delivery on Saturday. If you are short on the day, message us on WhatsApp 07574 927 847 to arrange a collection from N17. Check outer postcodes on our delivery areas page: CR, BR and TW cost £15 or £20, and we don't deliver to KT, AL, HP or RH.

Trade accounts for regular operators

Pallet orders for wholesalers
