Ice for office parties and corporate events in London

Nice Ice delivers bagged ice to offices, event venues and corporate parties across London. Order by 5pm and we deliver the next day, Monday to Saturday, in a morning or afternoon slot. Cube and crushed ice are £10 per 12kg bag, delivery is free to London postcodes from 5 bags, and trade accounts are available for businesses.

Next-day delivery to offices and venues

We deliver to offices, rooftop terraces, hotels and event spaces in the City and West End, Canary Wharf and across London. Our own drivers bring the ice from our factory in Tottenham, N17. Choose a slot of 8am–1pm or 1pm–5pm, and add notes about loading bays, building reception or goods lifts when you order. How much ice for 50, 100 or 300 guests

The right amount depends on the number of guests, how long the drinks are served, the room temperature, and whether ice is needed for chilling bottles as well as for glasses. Our guide on how much ice you need for a party shows how to estimate it. Your caterer or bar supplier can also tell you how they plan to use the ice. Each bag is 12kg, and you can mix cube and crushed in one order.

Trade accounts and invoices

Dry ice for event fog effects

For a low-lying fog at an awards night, stage reveal or party entrance, we supply dry ice in 5kg packs at £45. The minimum order is 10kg and we need at least 2 days' notice. Christmas and New Year ordering dates

Office parties cluster in December, so book your delivery date as soon as the party is confirmed. Orders must be in by 5pm the day before delivery. We deliver Monday to Saturday and are closed on Sundays, so for a Sunday or Monday event, plan a Saturday delivery or order by 5pm on Saturday for Monday. Corporate event ice FAQs

Can you deliver to an office building? Yes. Add notes about access, reception or loading bays when you order, and choose an 8am–1pm or 1pm–5pm slot.

Can we pay by invoice? Businesses can request a quote to set up a trade account and discuss payment terms.

Do you deliver on bank holidays? We are open on bank holidays and over Christmas. Message us on WhatsApp 07574 927 847 to confirm slots for a specific date.

How much notice for dry ice? At least 2 days. The minimum order is 10kg (2 packs of 5kg at £45 each).
